Ian Scott
Director
Ian has experienced a diverse range of both architectural and interior design work in an equally diverse range of places including Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, Muscat, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Ian has contributed to a number of major RIBA and RAIA award winning projects including the Henley Royal Regatta Headquarters in the UK, the Australian High Commission in Saudi Arabia and the Fremantle Crematorium in WA. In Canberra, Ian was engaged by the ‘Special and Overseas Project Division’ of the Department of Housing and Construction on masterplaning projects, embassy, laboratory and deep space research facilities. Ian has also received four Heritage Awards, all for adaptive work to existing buildings. Ian’s broad experience enables the practice to draw upon his rare depth of experience and knowledge to assist Scott Penn Hall in providing our clients with appropriate and innovative problem solving solutions. Ian is a Green Building Council of Australia Accredited Professional and Australian Institute of Architects A+ Member.
