Administration Office Refurbishment and Fitout 

With the well publicised rapid expansion in the demand for iron ore BHP Billiton Iron Ore has responded with a substantial increase in production.

To attract and retain essential port and rail personnel, to manage the subsequent increase in work load, quality office facilities of a standard similar to those enjoyed in the CBD were called for.

  

In mid 2008 SPH were engaged to design, document and provide construction stage assistance for the refurbishment and fitout of administration offcie buildings constructed more than 40 years ago. Our client’s objective was to convert these mostly outdated, cellular style, offices to a more flexible and predominantly open plan format.
