Ian Scott, Jamie Penn and David Hall founded Scott Penn Hall architecture + interior design in March 2007.

Our studio office occupies a 250sqm refurbished former industrial building on the edge of Subiaco’s business centre on Hay Street, Jolimont.

We are a medium sized practice which, as a result of the our collective experience and skills now successfully provides architectural and interior design services to the following sectors;

commercial
local government
aged care
retirement living
mining
industrial
high end residential
social housing

The majority of our personnel, including all three directors, are Green Building Council of Australia Accredited Professionals. In addition to the relevant qualifications, we have the knowledge and experience to deliver GBCA Green Star rated projects that can only come from having designed and documented a major GBCA Green Star registered project.
